Magic Arrowhead Table Topper

One 3-hour session

40 US dollars
Fabric Place Basement (Richmond Hwy)

Class Description

Join me for a fun, quick table topper. This arrowhead block goes together like magic. With just two 10-inch squares, a little sewing, and a few strategic slices with your rotary cutter, you have the pieces that make up this block. I will guide you through the process, step-by-step, ensuring that you leave with a one-of-a-kind quilt that you can be proud of. Class Scheduling and Format: Classes are offered in an open-workshop setting, where students may be working on different projects. Each workshop will have no more than 5 students, and start/end times are staggered to ensure that each student gets individualized attention while working on their project. Supplies for the square table topper: • Two coordinating fat quarters • ½ yard of background fabric • 1/4 yard of border fabric • 1/4 yard of binding fabric • 10 ½" square ruler (or larger) I will provide cutting mats and a 6 x 12 inch ruler for each student's work area. We ask that you please provide your own rotary cutters, pins, thread, bobbins, and extra needles. Two irons and ironing boards will be available for shared-use in the classroom. If you would prefer to bring your own iron, I do have several small table-top ironing boards available for use. Don't forget your sewing machine! If you don't have a sewing machine, please let me know ahead of time. I do have a limited number available as needed.
