Magic Arrowhead Quilt
Project Available by Request
Class Description
Join me for a fun, deceptively easy quilt. This arrowhead block goes together like magic. With just two 10-inch squares, a little sewing, and a few strategic slices with your rotary cutter, you have the pieces that make up this block. I will guide you through the process, step-by-step, ensuring that you leave with a one-of-a-kind quilt that you can be proud of. Supplies for the quilt: • 2 ½ yards focus fabric (or 6 assorted fat quarters) • 2 ½ yard of background fabric • 1 yard of border fabric • 3/4 yard of binding fabric • 10 ½" square ruler (or larger) I will provide cutting mats and a 6 x 12 inch ruler for each student's work area. We ask that you please provide your own rotary cutters, pins, thread, bobbins, and extra needles. Two irons and ironing boards will be available for shared-use in the classroom. If you would prefer to bring your own iron, I do have several small table-top ironing boards available for use. Don't forget your sewing machine! If you don't have a sewing machine, please let me know ahead of time. I do have a limited number available as needed.
