4-patch Kaleidoscope Quilt

Class Description

This is a beginner-friendly version of the kaleidoscope quilt and super-fun and quick to make. This is a two-session class: Session 1: Align your panels and cut into rectangles for cutting on die cutter, arrange your squares into kaleidoscopes and sew together your four-patches Homework: Between Session 1 and 2, complete making your kaleidoscopes Session 2: Design your quilt top and sew together quilt blocks and sashing; add borders, if desired Class Scheduling and Format: Classes are offered in an open-workshop setting, where students may be working on different projects. Each workshop will have no more than 5 students, and start/end times are staggered to ensure that each student gets individualized attention while working on their project. Be sure to schedule all four sessions. Supply list (coming soon) Please provide your own rotary cutters, cutting mats, pins, thread, bobbins, and extra needles. Two irons and ironing boards will be available for shared-use in the classroom. If you would prefer to bring your own iron, I do have several small table-top ironing boards available for use. Don't forget your sewing machine! If you don't have a sewing machine, please let me know ahead of time. I do have a limited number available as needed.
